Hello everyone, Nathan here reporting for Creative Network Studios. What better way to spend October than with the wonderful folks from OCTOBER FILMS? I can’t think of any…although their space requirement did mean a quick cleanup of a rather large cave set we had in Studio B. Fortunately, COLLEGE HUNKS HAULING JUNK was up to the task.
Of course, they begged and pleaded- trying their best to persuade me to run off with them and work as a HUNK. Okay, so they didn’t beg so much as laugh uncontrollably when I offered, but I digress.
The cave was no sooner junk in the hunk’s trunk when Amy and Mark from October Films arrived and set up began for their docu-series, Home Alone (working title– and no, it is not affiliated with the John Hughes movie of the same name).
What little I think I can say about the project is that it deals with the sensitive subject of home invasions and the impact it has had on the victims’ lives. The team handled the contributors with kit gloves and made the telling of their stories as easy as possible for those who had to live through these horrific crimes.
So keep an eye out for Home Alone (or whatever it’s final title may become) on Discovery Networks about this time next year and show some support for a wonderful production team that just so happened to call CNS home for this all too short visit.
